A sourcing fee, service fee, deposit, or prepayment may be required before Add2Cart begins sourcing or purchasing. Fees may be non-refundable once supplier communication, quote work, purchase processing, or administrative work has started.
3. Quote Validity and Availability
Supplier prices, shipping costs, product availability, exchange rates, and lead times may change without notice. A quote is not final until the supplier confirms availability and Add2Cart confirms the updated total.
4. Customer Approval Before Purchase
