These terms apply where Add2Cart provides customers with access to a tax-free or tax-exempt shipping address for export-eligible orders that are intended to be exported from the United States to Jamaica.

1. Purpose of the Tax-Free Address

The tax-free address is intended for purchases that will be exported to Jamaica through Add2Cart. Customers must not use the address for orders that are intended to remain in the United States or be redirected to another U.S. address unless Add2Cart approves the process in writing.

2. Export-Eligible Shipments Only

Customers using the tax-free address must ensure that the package is intended for export to Jamaica and that invoices, order details, and shipment records can support that export purpose if requested.

3. Redirecting or Changing Destination

If a customer uses the tax-free address and later asks for the package to be sent to another U.S. address, the shipment may no longer qualify as export-eligible. In that case, Add2Cart may require the customer to return the item to the seller using a valid return label instead of redirecting it within the United States.

Handling, return, storage, or administrative fees may apply where a customer changes the export purpose after the package is received.

4. Customer Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax, export, seller, marketplace, and Customs rules.

Add2Cart may refuse to process transactions that appear to misuse the tax-free address or create tax/compliance risk.

5. Records and Documentation

Add2Cart may keep shipment, invoice, order, return, and export records to support compliance and warehouse tracking.
