1. Correct Miami Warehouse Address and Customer ID

Customers must use the correct Add2Cart U.S. shipping address exactly as provided, including the assigned mailbox/customer ID where required. The mailbox/customer ID helps Add2Cart identify the package and match it to the correct customer account.

If the mailbox/customer ID, name, address line, suite number, or other identifying details are missing or incorrect, the package may be delayed, placed in unknown package processing, require verification, or attract a retrieval/handling fee.

2. Package Receiving and Scanning

Packages are recorded after they are physically received and processed at the Miami warehouse. A seller or carrier delivery status does not always mean the package has been received and scanned by Add2Cart.

Customers may be asked to provide tracking numbers, invoices, order screenshots, package contents, or other proof to help verify a package, especially where the package was delivered without proper identifying information.

3. Invoices, Pre-Alerts, and Customs Information

Customers must upload or send accurate invoices/order details when requested. Invoices are needed for Customs declaration, duty assessment, package verification, and proper clearance in Jamaica.

Incorrect values, vague descriptions, missing invoices, or incomplete product details may cause delays, additional charges, Customs queries, or shipment holds.

4. Shipment Schedule and Estimated Timelines

Miami shipments may be consolidated and shipped to Jamaica based on Add2Cart's operating schedule, flight availability, warehouse processing, Customs requirements, and package readiness.

Any stated arrival, clearance, pickup, or delivery timeline is an estimate only. Add2Cart is not responsible for delays caused by sellers, U.S. carriers, airlines, Customs, weather, public holidays, system outages, warehouse volume, or other third-party issues.

5. Charges, Weight, Duties, and Release of Goods

Shipping charges may be based on actual weight, volumetric/dimensional weight, minimum charges, handling fees, delivery fees, duties, taxes, storage, or other applicable charges. Final charges may differ from estimates where Customs, weight, exchange rate, or carrier fees change.

Packages will not be released, delivered, redirected, or handed over until payment is confirmed and all outstanding charges on the package or customer account are settled.

6. Packages Delivered to the Wrong Address or Post Office

If a seller or U.S. carrier delivers a package to an incorrect address, post office, nearby location, another business, or without the required mailbox/customer ID, Add2Cart may assist where possible but retrieval is not guaranteed.

Any retrieval, redirection, administrative, pickup, storage, or handling fee caused by an address error or carrier/seller issue may be charged to the customer.

7. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Before Receipt

Add2Cart is not responsible for items that were lost, damaged, misdelivered, poorly packed, missing, incomplete, incorrect, or substituted before being physically received and verified by the Miami warehouse.

Customers must contact the seller, marketplace, or U.S. carrier directly for seller-related refunds, replacements, missing parts, damaged goods, wrong items, or carrier misdelivery before Add2Cart receives the package.

8. Prohibited, Restricted, or Special-Handling Items

Customers must not send prohibited, hazardous, illegal, counterfeit, improperly declared, or restricted goods to the Miami warehouse. Items requiring permits or special approval must be disclosed before shipment.

Add2Cart may refuse, hold, return, delay, or request additional documentation for packages that create Customs, safety, airline, warehouse, or compliance concerns.

9. Pickup, Delivery, and Third-Party Collection in Jamaica

Customers must collect packages from approved pickup locations or arrange delivery where available. Delivery fees, routes, and availability may vary by area, package size, route conditions, and operational factors.

If a third party is collecting on behalf of a customer, Add2Cart may require written authorization, matching account details, identification, or confirmation from the registered customer before releasing the package.
