It takes about five minutes. Amazon usually approves tax-free status within 24 hours.

Sign in to your Amazon account.
Go to the search bar and type "Tax Exemption".
Select Amazon Tax Exemption Program at the very top.
Select Tax Exemption Wizard.
Select Florida, then click Save and continue.
Click Other, then click Save and continue.
Upload the Add2Cart Tax Exemption Document.
Download the document
That's it! Amazon will email you when your tax-free status has been approved, usually within 24 hours.

No upload needed for your eBay orders. Your Add2Cart shipping address should automatically be free from sales taxes.
